• Waiter smashed a glass over customers and did nothing at first
• Jalfrezi was not hot enough
• Young staff with no one obviously taking charge
• chicken was rubbery
• service was slow, took 30 mins to get a menu
• Tables too close
• Quite a small eating area.
• Waiters breaking glasses over clientele
