Delhi 76 – Earlsdon

Bread – very fresh and light chapatis.
Loved a bit of mushroom and peas in Kathmandu chicken pot.
Tarka daal – high standard.
Nothing was greasy.
Really tasty food all round.
Authentic music played.
Great Vegan curry and roti.
Menu looked really interesting.
Staff were all very friendly and every one of them under 5’ tall…which was nice.
Lamb pot, shit hot.
Food was really good.
Catered for vegan person.

Toilets are a bit grotty.
Not much atmosphere.
Woman who served couldn’t offer any recommendations.
Bit of a wait for the mains, but worth the wait!
My food was fine. Probably more disappointed with my selection rather than the food on offer, as I should have chosen something Nepalese when hungry, not panic-picked after filling up on popadoms! I’m probably rating my ability to choose a decent dish here, rather than the restaurant! And I get about 3/10 for that.
Food was a little slow for what didn’t look like a busy evening.
Ambience not brilliant but then we probably didn’t add to it! 😄
Had to wait a while for the food.
Atmosphere was ok.
